While this blog was conceived in Baltimore, it reflects cuisine from many parts of the country. Many thanks to Jacob for inspiration for a blog name.
This blog will be used to share recipes, tips, successes, and failures in the kitchens of our family and friends. Tonight we will enjoy home made sausage (from NYC and Bruce), pomegranate wild rice w/barley pilaf and Julia Child's apple tart. The wines we are pairing with this feast are iconic Iberian reds - Vina Ardenza, Quinta Do Crasto, and Dominio De Atuata.
Please feel free to add any comments, suggestions, or ideas (cooking/food related of course).
WOW! this blog is the best on the net! I'm going to tell all my friends!
